50 euros every month for nothing

every month ns takes 50 euros for nothing i have dall voordel for 5 euros a month does anyone know why??

If you want to know what the 50 euro is for you can check the invoices in your MijnNS account. There it is specified what you have to pay to NS. You can also contact the customer service by phone, chat, Twitter or Facebook.

These cost can be because of travel costs, OV-fiets or bike parking. The amount of 50 euro could also be because of a correction fee if you have not checked in or travelled in the incorrect direction. With NS Flex this correction fee will be on your invoice.

Did you travel a lot? With Dalvoordeel you do still pay for your train. It is not free, you have a reduction during off peak hours.
