Abonnement did not activate ?!

Good evening everyone. I just purchased an abonnement for 1 month period and I paid for it but it did not activate. Can someone tell me why? This is the second time I buy this abonnement and on the first there were no problems at all. I paid and I recieved an e mail straight away for confirming. NOW I didnt recieve anything and in my ns Acc I still dont have the abonnement. Please Help me ?

Without looking at your customer file I can't say what happened or went wrong in your case. The best I can recommend is to contact our Customer Service and have them check the situation.
