I've registered for Dal Advantage and paid 52 euros on 6 March 2019.
However, on last Saturday (16 March 2019), I've used my OV chip card to ride from Rotterdam Central to Schiphol Airport but I haven't got any discount.
Why is it?

Based on your message it indeed seems like you haven't picked up the product at a ticket machine yet. The links from mweiss give you good instruction on how this works, but it should also be explained in the e-mail you received as a confirmation of your order.
If this is not the issue and if you have picked up the product, I would like to advise you to contact our Customer Service, preferably via Social Media or Chat. My colleagues there will take a deeper look at your issue then.
