Hi, I availed the dal voordeel and it was activated last 15 October and I already used it. But statrted in the first week of November I noticed that everytime I travel in an off peak hours it deducted the normal fair, no discount. When I go to the ns office they told me that my card was not activated so they activate the card. Now, question is: Is it possible to refund the 40% of my fair (only the travel in off peak hours) since I am supposed to have the korting.

You need to contact Customer service. Maybe there will be good-will. It is a shortcoming that you act a little late, but they are often generous.
