Hi, this is Sinae Bac.
I asked about 'Automatische incasso niet gelukt' few days ago. Also I sent email to post@syncasso.nl and I got returned email from syncasso@syncasso.nl by automatically.
They said, 'Hartelijk dank voor uw e-mail, welke wij in goede orde hebben ontvangen en in behandeling hebben genomen. In de komende periode kunt u een terugkoppeling van ons verwachten.'
But I still don't get results yet. I am afraid if I can't use personal OV-chipkaart anymore or reissuance.
I will be back to Netherlands in 2 weeks. I really need to use personal OV-chipkaart. Otherwise it is too expensive to pay for many times on train riding.
Please help me.
