I have a vrije traject abonnement. I checked in using NS business card but while checking out by mistake checked out using my personal OV chipcard. Also I had to check-out using my NS business card. Anyway, checking out using OV chipkaart has costed me 20 Euros. Actually in the first place, I had not checked in using OV chipcard at all. So why this debit of 20 Euros?
Any idea how I can get my 20 Euros back?

I advise you to contact our customer service
to ask for a refund.
