By mistake checked-out using OV Chipkaart

I have a vrije traject abonnement. I checked in using NS business card but while checking out by mistake checked out using my personal OV chipcard. Also I had to check-out using my NS business card. Anyway, checking out using OV chipkaart has costed me 20 Euros. Actually in the first place, I had not checked in using OV chipcard at all. So why this debit of 20 Euros?

Any idea how I can get my 20 Euros back?

€20 is the entry fee and if you check out without having checked in, this entry fee will be deducted.
I advise you to contact our customer service to ask for a refund.

Thanks a lot for your advice. I spoke to NS customer service, they checked my travel details and told me that will refund the money within 4 weeks'time.
