Because of the recent COVID-19 situation, I and my spouse have been working remotely which means that we no longer travel by train. As such, can you please cancel the subscription or let me know what could be done?

To cancel your product you can contact our Customer Service via Twitter, Facebook or Live Chat. By phone is also an option (030-7515155, local rate). I must add that if you contact us by phone to do this after 8pm (during the day it's very busy at the moment!).
