Hi , I would like to cancel my subscription and the ns flex is still sending me bills that I can not pay.
I have already payed a fine because I didn’t pay the last month but I am no using anymore this cart.
i want to cancel ns flex

Contact the customer service. Tell them that you would quit with flex in total. That you want to travel on balance on your card

Then you go to the ticket machine.
Then hold your card for the cardreader.
Then click on "ophalen bestelling".
Then conform it.
Then hold your card again for the cardreader en then you are done with flex
