Cancelling subscription from abroad withput OV-chipcard

Dear Sir or Madame,

I have lived in Netherlands till August 2012 for one year, and then I've bought the subscription on the OVchipcard. I've left Netherlands then and just recently I've got email from Groenewegen en Partners that I should pay 90eur for the subscription, which I have not ordered (as I've not been in Netherland for over 3 years). I have seen on this forum that people were requested to block their OVchipcard in order to cancel their subscription, but I physically don't have my OVchipcard and don't know its number (I moved few times, and probably throw it away as I didn't expect I'll need it anymore). Can you do something with my case?

A NS-subscription is automatically renewed every year. Could you send me a private message with your name and former address in NL? Then I will help you with this.
