Good afternoon Tevfik and welcome to the NS Community!

I'm not entirely sure what you’d like to change, whether it’s the bank account number used for payments, or if you would like to change the method of payment. Regardless, my colleageas from our Customer Service should be able to help you with this. You can reach us by phone (030-7515155), via Twitter and Facebook, or you can start a chat conversation (top right option).

The only exception to this is when you’re using an NS Flex subscription and you want to change the bank account number used for the payments. You'll have to do that yourself via your Mijn NS account.
