Mistakenly, I ordered an anual discount instead of a monthly one. Is it possible to change it?

FYI, discount subscriptions for NS are always yearly/annual, only 'free' subscriptions (like Traject Vrij) can be ordered on a monthly basis.

By European law, you can always cancel a product ordered online within 14 days, even after receiving it if unused, so don't load it on your ov-chipkaart and call customer service +31 30 751 5155 as @Denice NS suggested.
