Hello, if I subscribe to the “Weekend Voordeel”, how many days does it take for it to be active? If I am not mistaken, I will be notified when I can load the product on my ov-chipkard: how many days does it take since I order the subscription until I can load it on my card?

Hi Silvia123,

If you order the subscription on a personal card you already own, it usually can be activated within an hour.

If you order it on a new card, it takes at least 7 days.

If you already had NS Flex, the subscription is activated instantly (within a few minutes, see Mijn NS).

If you need to load it on your card, see https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/service-points-finder and pick up the order.
