Last month I was unable to pay my invoice due to insufficient balance. At home I have received a letter with giro collection form. I have just payed it online. Can I still use my OV chipkaart?

    Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden

    And do you know how long does it take to know if NS has received the transaction correctly?

    That will take a few days. If you want to make sure if we did receive your payment, you can contact our costumer service a few days after your payment.
