Flex NS start

Hi 

I bought a NS Flex, it should start at 13/3, I should receive card by post on 14/3, nothing received, but I received factuur already. Now I still cannot add card with Kaartnummer that is stated on the factuur.

What to do?

And, why cant we just send an email to costumers service, instead of having to log on to apps you barely use?

It is wise to contact Customer Service. You should have received it by now. In the case you travel, you can do that with reduction after your contact. 

You may like it or not, but contact with email is not possible. In general Chat works fine, as well as by phone, but Chat is mostly faster.

Unfortunately, this community is not customer service, although the NS website makes it appear to be.

The other options on this page are for the real customer service; you don't have to log in for chat or phone.
