If you requested a cancellation for the NS Flex Weekend Vrij subscription, then your subscription will automatically be changed to NS Flex Basis. The NS Flex Basis subscription will be removed after you activate the cancellation at a NS card machine or OV-chipcard machine. If you do not activate the requested cancellation, then the NS Flex Basis subscription will stay active. More informagtion about this procedure can be found here.
+4The cancellation of an NS Flex subscription is effective immediately. You can no longer use the subscription.
