I Bought a weekend plan card doesn't arrive and it does not show up on even though I received the confirmation email

Hello everyone i just bought the last week a ns flex subscription to take the trains on weekends and I recieved the email confirmation that i can start using it the 22 of july my card didn't arrive and when i want to check on the app my subscription it shows me some error display I need some help pls my entire weekend is ruined even though i paid for it i received confirmation and its supposedly to be working today i really need to take the train Thank you
