I don't receive an invoice, I don't understand why you want to write off 302 euros

Yesterday, my girlfriend received an email about a payment. As far as we understand, it is meant for me, because she recently paid for her own subscription.

 

However, the amount mentioned in the email is €302 factuur (*********28), but my subscription was €375. We are confused — what is this amount for, and who exactly needs to pay it?

 

I had a subscription before, and when I canceled it, I paid everything in full. So we don’t understand why there is a new payment request now.

 

Can you please help us understand what this payment is for?
