Hi. I want to ask about subscription.
I cancelled my dar voordeel subscription on 26,March. And I want to register a new weekend vrij. But it doesn't work.
I added my new subscription and select start date, but there is notice that "U kunt het product niet combineren met de andere producten op uw OV-chipkaart."
I removed my subscription in a station, but why it does not work...
I need that subscription tomorrow, and what can I do?

Call Customer Service. It is 24/7. 030 7515155. Did you confirm the cancelling of the earlier subscription at a ticket machine? Remember there is a monthly due date.
