I have already paid and invoice and im receiving notifications that i need to pay again


Hello.

I already contact the consumer telephone number +31 30 751 51 55  and the assistant told me to go to this page. 

I paid and invoice in January, then another one in february and i keep receiving mails saying that i didnt pay the one from february and it will bring consecuences.

I dont know how to solve it.

This community is meant as a place where travellers can be helped by other travellers. We are not NS employees, do not have access to customer data and cannot help you with this situation. Are you sure you were referred here and not to the chat?

In any case, you should contact customer service directly to speak to an NS employee about this. This can be done by phone again, or you can contact them by chat (click the link Chat with NS on this page) or by sending a message on X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook.

I think Customer Service directed you to the chat-service. You can find it on this page, click on the button ‘Chat with NS'.

The assistant told something wrong, we are fellowtravellers and do not have access to your data. You do need tot contact Customer Service. See above.

Did the service agent request you to use the live chat of the Customer Service? This is not the live chat, but a platform where other travellers help each other as Tochjo, mrfreeze and Thom have explained. I recommend to use our live chat if anything is unclear about your invoice.

Het is gewoon het zoveelste onnodige topic door de misleidende webpagina van NS over de contactmogelijkheden met de klantenservice. We mogen al blij zijn dat de poster in dit geval niet, zoals vaak gebeurt, werd verleid hier persoonlijke gegevens achter te laten.
