Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.

FIRST-that should be self-evident, check what has been registered-and the price-via mijnNS. If that still leaves questions, only then make a call. So just the other way around as mr Thom suggests
