Hi,

I made the payment that I had pending for a value of 135.51 euros and I wanted to send the proof of payment. How can I do it? and how long will it take for my card to be effective?

Good afternoon Patricia.Reh and welcome to the NS Community.

It's not needed to send a proof of payment, as long as the payment was made with all the necessary and correct information (IBAN and description, mainly). It takes a couple days to be processed.
