Dear Sir/Madam,
Last December I have asked NS to refund me the proportional part of the annual subscription since I do not live anymore in the Netherlands and therefore I do not use anymore your trains.
Nevertheless, at this moment (= almost 1 month and a half later) I do not see any bank transfer in my bank account.
I would very much appreciate it if you could inform me about this issue.
