I recently signed up for an NS Flex card, and I’ve been charged, but I won’t receive the card until the end of the month. This means that I will have paid for a month that I haven’t used. 


Are the months counted as 30 days from sign up? Or is it that I will be charged again in October? 

It’s not clear and all the emails are in Dutch, so I’m not quite sure.

What is the startdate of your NS Flex? When you order Flex on a new card you can choose the startdate (Ingangsdatum bestelling) and you will be charged from that startdate. If you receive the card after this startdate and you need to travel, contact the customer service.
