Hello, I got subscription of NS Flex Dal Voordeel, and traveled to amsterdam centraal from Leiden centraal, I thought I will get the 40% discount since I traveled in the off peak hours, then I checked my travel history but I charged with full price. And honestly it is also happened to my other journey, so I think the discount is not working?

Did you activate your card once at a ticket machine? Did you check in during off-peak hours? You will only have a reduction when you check in during off peak hours. When you check in during peek hours and travel in off peak hours, there is no reduction.
