NS flex dal vrij

I’m subscribed to NS Flex Dal Vrij and have been using it for a while, but I don’t understand why I was charged on April 22. I checked in at 9:03 AM (off-peak). Can someone explain what happened?And do I need to do anything right now?

Did you as well check in before nine o’clock  and was checking out for this ride less then 35 minutes before you checked in at 09.03?

In that case you will be fully charged, also for the ride in the off-peak hours with a check in at 9.03.

 

Without this you should not have been charged for this ride. Contact customer Service when you are sure that there was no earlier check in, English spoken, 030 7515155.
