Hi Team,

I have query on my NS Flex plan.

My OV Chipkaart holds some balance, so does my balance will get deducted on month end from card or from my bank account?

Hi Ajinkya, welkom to the NS Community. 

When you activate NS Flex at a ticket machine, we'll take the balance of the OV-chipcard and you'll receive it refunded on the next NS Flex invoice. The refund of the balance will be settled with possible subscription -and journey costs.

Thanks for quick response.

Where I can check my existing plans?

You can check it in your Mijn NS account. After you log in, the OV-chipcard number and subscription should be visible immediately.

I am moving out of Netherlands.

Could you please help on what action should I take to close this NS Flex plan?

You'll have to contact Customer Support to get the subscription terminated. After that has been arranged you'll have to collect the cancellation at a ticket machine. Once you've done so the NS Flex subscription will be gone completely.
