NS is still charging me when I already unsubscribe to them and left Netherlands a month ago?

I just got an monthly invoice from NS that i have to pay 5,37 euros but i alreday left Netheralnds and also cancelled my subscriptions. So i don’t know why.

Sometimes costs from previous periods will be charged later (like parking fee, "Bus, Tram, Metro", OV-bike etc).

You can check what is charged to you in your “MijnNS”-account. Only the website, not the app!.

In “My payments” you can find all the invoices. Download the invoice with the amount of € 5,37. The first page is a summery of the invoice. Next page(s) will give you more details about what is charged.

When you still have questions about the invoice, please contact the NS Customerservice, e.g. by phone +31 30 751 51 55. They can explain more to you.

At this Community travellers try to help other travellers, but we cannot view or change eachother's data.
