I have NS flex Dal Voordeel. I wanted to know whether I can use the discount if I check it during off-peak hours, But check out during peak hours and still use the 40% discount?

The check-in time determines the discount for the whole journey, so if you check-in during off-peak hours you'll get the discount for the whole journey. This works both ways, so if you check-in during peak hours (i.e. 8.50h) you won't get the discount, even if you travel most of the time in off-peak hours.
