I applied for ov chipkard last week ( 40% korting) but i didn't receive it till now.

How can i track it?

If you haven't received the card after the period bahnrider mentioned, you can contact our Customer Service. My colleague can provide you with your new card number. With that number you can contact the Customer Service OV-chipcard and ask when you can expect the card. They will be able to help you with that.

You cannot. The estimated time to produce the card is 7-10 WORKING days, as is also clearly stated when ordering 1s time. It is indeed often quicker, but no garantee for that. The system should even block start-dates when they deem thats too early to produce the card.
