I applied for ov chipkard last week ( 40% korting) but i didn't receive it till now.
How can i track it?

If you haven't received the card after the period bahnrider mentioned, you can contact our Customer Service. My colleague can provide you with your new card number. With that number you can contact the Customer Service OV-chipcard and ask when you can expect the card. They will be able to help you with that.
