hello dear NS office 

i have received one email that include my invoice for september 

but I could not find a payment link even in my application or website 

would you please help me to pay my invoice as soon as possible?

Hello Ghazal Abbasi and welcome to the NS Community.

Once you receive your invoice, we will automatically collect the amount from your bank account. If that attempt didn't succeed, we will send a payment reminder. This email will contain a link for direct payment via iDeal and information about doing a manual payment. This information is useful if you, for example, can't pay with a Dutch IBAN account. In the first place, you won't have to do anything other than wait for the transaction to be done automatically.
