Payment exemption because of Caronia Virus

I would like to know if I can get the oppertunity to be exempted for payment for my son's abonnement since he cannot use it f ou r travelling since the end of March 2020 be cause of the Caronia virus?

Hi gailmckoygeorge, welcome to the NS Community. 

An exemption isn't possible for active subscriptions. As long as the subscription is active, payments will take place. To stop the payments for the time being, we can have a look at two possibilities: a cancellation from the first possible date, or a change to NS Flex without a subscription starting immediately. When your son needs a subscription again, one can be ordered again or can be activated within NS Flex.
