Refund for wrong invoice

I am travelling with a NS Flex Traject Vrij:Traject Vrij Amsterdam Sloterdijk - Haarlem Spaarnwoude. I was charged for that same journey last month on top of my subscription. Can I get a refund on the 35,05 extra that was charged. If not, then what is the point of the traject vrij if I still have to pay for the same journey??

You shouldn't be charged for a journey which is in your route. Please contact our customer service so they can check this for you and maybe refund this.

Did you install Flex on your card?
