Refund on season ticket

Hello all!

Just when the Corona epidemic started, I purchased a monthly season ticket of around €450. Around 2 or so days, the ticket was no longer valid since my company enforced work from home.

 

Id like to get a refund on this ticket, is it possible? Your input is much appreciated!
