hello,

On Aug 1s, i request to change the subscription on my son’s card. from weekend free travel to Dal Voordeel nd class, i got the confirmation mail..

But yesterday i got a mail that the weekend free subscription is still ongoing and i need to pay the monthly cost on Sept 7th,

please check what happened and why the change request didn;t work.

This happens when you don’t confirm the subscription change within 14 days (or a month?) at a machine. The order for Dal Voordeel will be cancelled and the Weekend Vrij will remain active.
