I have subscribed for off-peak hour discount but why it doesn't affect my payment. My trip Den Hagg-Amsterdam still charge 12.80 (normal payment). I don't see any 40% discount affect my transaction. What is wrong? Thank you

Hey briantrinanda. 

If this was a product ordered on a card you already had, it does need to be picked up as Robert B suggested. If that's not the case and you're also sure you're using it properly on the discounted times, I'd suggest contacting our customer service for more help.

    Did you load the subscription on your card (at a station or supermaket)?

    I have my own personal ov chipkart and have paid for the subscription (5.10 euro per month), i forgot the name of the subscription..dal...something, but it's for 40% discount of off-peak season and weekend. I have used it 4 times but i still have to pay for the normal price. Is there anything to do to activate my subscription?
