Subscription change and refund

I have a personal Ns card , with base subscription. I want to change my subscription but I still have some money on my card from the last top-up. what should I do regarding that amount?

You can have a refund in a station with an NS office desk. This is up to €30,--. In normal circumstances there is an automatic refund after moving to a Flex account. It is the easiest way and it will be done when you move to the free NS Basis as well.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
