Termination of abonnement while abroad

Dear NS,

I need to cancel my NS abonnement, however, since I am living abroad at the moment I cannot call you nor deactivate the card in a machine. How can you help me in this case?

Just contact Customer service. A phone call may be expensive but a chat is also possible. They will block your card and terminate your subscription. It was not possible but they can do this now.
