I contacted the customer service via facebook to change my NS Flex from IDeal to a foreign IBAN. This is now more than a week ago, does anyone know how long this usually takes?
To initially make my NS Flex I used a friend’s IDeal and I don’t want her to get my next bill ;)
PS: At the Ticket&Service it was not possible, they said I need to contact the customer service. Also in mijnns I can only change to different IDeal..
