Hi,

I have a Traject Vrij subscription and I would like to cancel it for the next year. I tried calling the NS Customer Service 030-7515155, but it seems to be a very busy line and I'm always putted on hold.

Is there a way to cancel the subscription online?

I have spoken with Ana trough private messages and canceld her Traject Vrij subscription.

Hi ana.s and welcome! I can help you with that 🙂. Could you send me a private message with your personal detail and ov-chipcard number? You can send me a private message by clicking on my name and then you go to "stuur bericht".
