As I have left the Netherland for some years, I already cancelled the subscription to NS, but I received an email from NS notifying the subscription status about the annual payment. I would kindly ask my current status and like you to make clarification on this. Do I still have to pay or do anything? This kind of message annoys me once since I have to pay some euros on certain transaction at the beginning of this year. I do not want that situation happen again. I would appreciate your response soonest.
