If I unsubscribe the NS Weekend Free subscription before it expires, can I still travel free during weekends until the expiring date of the subscription?
Do I need to contact customer service all the time to change the weekend subscription to NS Flex Basis?

You can easily switch your subscription to NS Flex Basis after loging in to your Mijn NS account. At NS Customer Service we are also happy to help you and to answer all your questions. A switch to any other NS Flex subscription, including Basis, will take effect immediately. That means that you will travel directly after changing with your new subscription.
