I made an out of Den Haag, but I can't see the output, 20 euros were deducted for this. Why is my subscription deducted from 20 euros when it is free on weekends?

Unfortunately, there is a long-term outage at NS. The reported costs of 20 euros will most likely not appear on the invoice. If this does happen unexpectedly, please contact customer service.
