My name is Feyza Atakul. My card number is 3528 0500 *********. Although I don’t have any automatic reloadings in my account, there came an ınvoıce saying that I have a 22.5€ invoice. It’s wrong. Could you please help me? my e mail: *********.

Do you have a Flex subscription? Mostly the invoice is not wrong. You may check it at MijnNS, or at the site of ov-chipcard.

Pleas remove your car number. We do not have access to your data. Ask Customer Service.

Hey, I bought a monthly subscription which have discount it cost 26 euros, and you took 40 euros from my bank account. I want to know why.
