coupon error

I used a coupon code for getting a ticket and during the process there was an error and the ticket was not issued. The process never arrived at the final ticket nor I received an email with the ticket. However when I try to use the same couponcode, now I get the message that it has been used. How can I recover the coupon code?

Sorry to read that this happened. What usually works is to remove the browser history and cookies and then try again. If this doesn’t work, then I advise you to get in touch with our customer service, so they can look into it for you.
