Group tickets problem

I bought 10 tickets for the 19 of October, but when I enter to the page it says they are for the 17 (today). How can I change the date?

Unfortunately it's not possible to change the date for a Groupticket as soon as the order has been made.

I do not want to change the date. Just ask you how can I go to Amsterdam now without any proof of e-tickets on my hands because I forgot to print just now.
