I would like to know if a West Highland Terrier (westie) is allowed for a two-person stay in Groningen?

Probably means the Spoordeelwinkel offer. When you check the site of one the hotels (NH Groningen) it says cats and dogs are allowed, but you have to pay extra, they have limited rooms to take your pet and you have to contact the hotel to book. The Spoordeelwinkel offer is for 2 persons only, there is no option to book extra for a dog.
