refund for ticket never issued

I recently purchased a ticket on the NS app but closed the payment window too quickly before the ticket was issued, however I was still charged.

After this I redid the purchase and received a ticket. I would like a refund for the original purchase where the ticket was never issued.

You’d better ask  Customer Service. In the case the email with the ticket was not opened or downloaded, you may have a refund. We cannot manage this here.
