J'ai acheté un ticket journalier pour les transports en commun et j'utilise cette carte une fois mais après un voyage ne fonctionne plus 
et qui écrit sur la carte la carte valable toute la journée avec tous les transports publics aux Pays-Bas. 
Le numéro de carte est 60.0000.4822.8345
quelqu'un peut-il me répondre

S.v.p.: quel etait ce ticket précisement? C n´est pas possible d´acheter online.

My french writing is not that good (dates from the lycëe some 50 yrs ago), and not that many people here will know it.

There is the HTT=Holland Travel Ticket, it cost 42 eur (Off Peak, but for sats and suns thats allday) and does what you describe. However, with ANY ticket with a chip here in NL one has BOTH to check IN at start of each trip on bus/tram/train and checkOUT at end. This is quite different from f.e. Belgique/Wallon on the TEC-bus with MoBiB or on most French urban ´transports en commun´. Indeed the ticket may block if you forget that more as once  Also it is only valid 1 day and NOT 24 hrs (as is often the case with such tickets elsewehere). IF that is the case go to any manned desk and ask if it can be reset. You may also be able to check what is going on by holding it to any NS-machine and check ´products´ and ´journeys made´.

There are also cheaper version called ART=Amsterdam Region Ticket and this is limited to an area around that town, not for the hole of the country. it will not work when you are outside that area.

@Muus1 has purchased a day ticket for public transport and after using the ticket once it stopped working. On the ticket it states that it’s valid for one day on all public transport in the Netherlands.

The number of the ticket is 60.0000.4822.8345. Maybe someone can explain what went wrong.
