Good evening, my name is Eleni Manolidou and I'm sending this message to submit an appeal because i received an email from NS imposing me a fine of 50 euros. I think that the fine was imposed on me unfairly because there was some kind of power failure at the station sloterdejk on 23 of April that day and the check in machines were not working. In fact, during the trip a checker came by and said that he would check in for me. I would like to request the cancellation of the fine
