I’m a daily commuter between Rotterdam and Best central. Last Monday I got the train at 7:14 to Tilburg and it departed in time but in midway it stopped and 20-30 min later was announced that there is a technical issue with the train and they are fixing that, after 20min again was announced the issue wasn’t fixed so they travel back to Rotterdam central. I had to get the next train to Breda and I arrived around 9.30 at Best central and missed the office shuttle so was at the office at 10:40! while expected to be there at 8:40. I missed my important morning meeting and Now when I try to ask for a refund it gets rejected. What should I do to get the compensation?
